Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Appointments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit of 30% (or full payment) is required to secure your booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by IAM Aesthetics.
• Bookings are available Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
• Saturday bookings are available until 13:00 (last slot).

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will forfeit the full deposit amount.
• If a voucher was used for payment, a 30% cancellation fee applies and the remaining 70% will be issued as a new voucher.

3. Treatments & Services

• Treatment prices are as displayed at the time of booking and may be subject to change.
• Results may vary between individuals. IAM Aesthetics does not guarantee specific outcomes.
• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect treatment.
• IAM Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for the client.

4. Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Loyalty vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

5. Payment

• We accept card payments and EFT.
• Full payment is due at the time of service unless a deposit has been pre-paid.
• The balance (total minus deposit) is payable on the day of the appointment.

6. Liability

• IAM Aesthetics is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
• Clients undergo treatments at their own risk.
• IAM Aesthetics is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings on the premises.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the IAM Aesthetics website (text, images, branding) is the property of IAM Aesthetics and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

IAM Aesthetics reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
